  1. google it, morley page/recipe is the first to pop up

  2. Yes the recipe comes up, but I was wondering how these specific ingredients support the adrenals?

  3. Good question

  4. 4 Oz. of Orange Juice – fresh squeezed is best, but not essential (the Vitamin-C Complex makes sure that the minerals noted below get to the Liver to then nourish the Adrenals)
1/4 tsp of Cream of Tartar (this is an excellent source of Potassium or you can use Potassium Bicarbonate)
1/4 tsp of fresh ground Himalayan Salt or Sea Salt (this is an excellent source of Sodium & 90+ other minerals)

  5. Thanks Sharon Lilly Bennett so we need much more potassium that is provided in the salt?

  6. Why use cream of tarter when oranges already have potassium in them? Isn't Cream tarter in place of fresh squeezed OJ?

  7. Excellent question. I only found results from this for only a week then I went back to my tired self.

  8. Both sources of potassium are necessary

  9. Are they different MJ Hamp?

  10. Just follow the recipe

  11. I do follow the recipe, but I have to know the ins and outs. I'm training to be a nutritional naturopath so I want to know the whys.

  12. More potassium. That is all.

  13. I asked a similar question earlier this week. Here's the link to the thread:

  14. You can get the Himalayan salt at sprouts 2.99 pd

  15. This makes me lol. I don't react well to the adrenal coctail for some reason, so I'd like to know they whys of each ingredient as well.

  16. The oj provides whole food vit c, cream of tartar provides potassium and sea salt provides sodium plus many minerals.

Chrissie- maybe try a diluted strength or use coconut water, sea salt and a whole food vit c supp

  17. It's the cream of tartar….I usually just leave it out and have salty oj, lol.

  18. Chrissie, the potassium in the cream of tartar is what your adrenals need in the afternoon and evening 🙂

  19. Can use a potassium bicarbonate powder in place of the COT

  20. Cream of tartar makes it more acidic essentially helping it all be absorbed better. Honestly I have had great results just using citrus water throughout the day and eating an orange at least once daily. Lemon water, and loving lime in perrier has been easy to drink throughout the day.

  21. I like ACV, lime, and pink or celtic grey in water.

  22. Gretchen Jones, I drink sparkling water with lime all day! So good.

  23. I'm using a clementine with 4 oz water the 1/4 teaspoon of each and mix it in my nutribullet and drink all day

  24. I tried this for about a week and didn't really feel any different. Should I give it more time?

  25. Anytime of the day is best for taking this or is it based on each person's adrenal numbers? Once/twice a day as I understand is the dosage but how frequent is based on lab numbers or just how you feel?

  26. I sip water with HImalayan sea salt throughout the day (1/4 – 1/2 t in 2 cups of water based on a doctor (can't remember who atm) who recommended it) and it makes me feel wonderful. Some have said if it stops tasting "good" then you know you don't need it at that time or point.

  27. I mix 1tbsp lemon juice 4oz of water 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt 1/8 -1/4 tsp COT twice a day 10AM & 3PM
