  1. My husband has H pylori but i dont and im pretty sure i dont have the others either. I think the cause is an inactive gastric band which i need to have removed. Just need to understand how to manage the burning acid in the meantime. Youve all been very helpful. Thank you so much xx

  2. Baking soda and warm water works

  3. H pilori
    Clostridium
    Candida &
    Ulcers

Ulcers could be caused by either of the two. There are several Fungal bacteria that are known to contribute to this. Most are short term affects but two I've mentioned are among the worst offenders and have other toxic side effects when in spore stage.

Clostridium gives off a neurotoxin that affects behaviour and in many the effect is antisocial withdraw. Hard to kill but not impossible

  4. Baking Soda!

  5. Which could be what, Ronald? Lisa-ann bananas give me the worst acid EVER!!!

  6. Short term measure is definitely Baking Soda

It will not however deal with underlying cause

  7. one banarna works for me

  8. 4 glass of water in the morning in empty stomach for 1 month.

  9. I say serrapeptase and digestive enzymes, I would also put in BioPure Chlorella, and a nice B12 supplement with methylcobalamin version avoiding the cyno version (which is arsenic–even if naturally occurring, I would avoid), folic acid and B-6 to help aid in production of HCL stomach acid to digest food. Superior Source has a nice supplement that combines all three–just make sure it is the product with the methylcobalamin version of B12. Chlorella is a fantastic supplement to take that is highly alkalizing and has a host of benefits too many to mention here. Here is an article on serrapeptase: http://enzymetherapies.com/20/serrapeptase/using-serrapeptase-to-control-bacterial-overgrowth-syndrome/. And here is an article on B12 (which really also supports healthy immune function – helps to produce master antioxidant glutathione (as does folic acid) among other things): http://www.easy-immune-health.com/causes-of-b12-deficiency.html

  10. I take apple cider vinegar in capsule form

  11. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR with a pinch of baking soda in a cup of water..it's good for heartburn.

  12. When I was in hospital I drank some really hot water and there was a Chinese gentle man who spoke no English who was doing the same thing. It's an old Chinese remedy for an upset stomach. I heard about it in 1978 and it does work to a degree.

Timely question. I just started having heartburn. It became intolerable rapidly. I did purchase some Tums for severe issues, but have found that coffee and chocolate were really contributing even though I consumed minuscule amounts. Also, eating smaller portions and being extremely careful not to eat anything that might aggravate it (spicy foods, etc) Also, this info helped http://everydayroots.com/heartburn-remedies

  13. It actually a lack of acid that causes it. using acv or lemon will help acids in the stomach.

  14. As an FYI: Arm and Hammer, the most common and most readily available, baking soda DOES NOT contain aluminum.

  15. Carbon Dioxide, Wendy. 🙂

  16. If using bicarb/baking soda please make sure it is thoroughly dissolved. Generally this will start you 'burping' as it ejects excess air.

  17. Bicarbonate of soda. Check for aluminium content though. Works in mins or less.

  18. Baking soda

  19. On Dr. Mayer Eisenstein's website: Betten Aid http://www.shopnps.com/Betten-Aid/productinfo/SBET/ Works amazingly well.

  20. Not enough stomach acid and or incorrect food combining (never eat fruits with meals but always separately) causes food to ferment in the digestive system. This causes gas to rise and pushes stomach acid up the esophagus. Digestive enzymes and probiotics with meals are helpful. Drinking water with fresh squeezed lemon juice 20 min before meals helps to produce better acid levels for digestion. Do not drink icewater or much of anything with food as it dilutes the digestive juices. Lemon water helps to alkalize the body..

  21. Try drinking a little coconut milk, it works for me and hopefully will for you 🙂

  22. Baking soda – sodium bicarbonate. Is that natural?

  23. One whole lemon squeezed in a glass of water…..add 1/3rd teaspoon of baking soda and gulp it down……very effective…..good to take upto 3-4 times a day starting with 1st thing in the morning……works wonders feels good……

    Namasté.

  28. Minerals: Ca, Mg, Fe, Cu, Zn, (Ganoderma Lucidum), Vitamin-C (Lemon), Vitamin-B12 (green vegetables with klorofil).

  29. Just drink lemon water first thing in the morning. Will resolve all your problems.

  30. Actually, I remember reading somewhere that it was a lack of acid too if it was a recurring problem, Star Stepping…

  31. Dr. Edward Group recommends organic unfiltered apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon in a little bit of water, to eliminate heartburn. This seems counterintuitive in that apple cider vinegar increases stomach acid to aid digestion before meals. But there are many testimonials claiming it works.

He also likes to use baking soda (bicarbonate of soda, not baking powder), which actually shoots alkalinity way up. A tablespoon in a half cup of water can give immediate relief from heartburn. An ounce or two of unprocessed Aloe Vera juice is good for heartburn and stomach ulcers.

  32. EAT MORE SALT

  33. Low HCL can be from nutrient deficiencies, stress, histamine imbalances etc. It needs assessment, thus I suggest the Iberogast as its quite safe and won't contribute to other health issues.

  36. I swallow some of my homemade toothpaste. Works for a very long time. Mix of coconut oil, bicarbonate, pinch of sea salt, pulverised boiled egg shells. The pulverised eggshells are made in the blender and then crushed further to powder. Works over 12h

  39. ive heard my MD and others say its from not enough stomach acid..if you eat beets and urine is reddish its a sign not enough acid..or just try some hydrochloric acid or organic apple cider vinegar and see if it improves. you would know immediatley they say

  40. Iberogast by Flordis – drop doses, handy purse size, safe and effective. Also works on some of the possibly underlying causes.

  41. Nope, they may not be available here in Canada.

  42. i am able to keep my bp in check w/magnesium & roots such as garlic, ginger root, horseradish, onions, peppers brewed in apple cider vinegar…..baking soda isn't an issue w/me…..using sparingly should be ok….

  43. I would stay away from the sodium bicarbonate because I have hypertension, I would take magnesium and potassium to neutralize the acid. I would eat some grains that are hard to digest like Red River cereal. Cracked wheat, cracked hard winter rye and cracked flax seeds.

  44. baking soda w/water

  45. apple cider vinegar w/water
