Do you do Paleo?


I was recently diagnosed with Hashimoto’s but have had PCOS for probably 10 years. I’m wondering if you guys could help with dieting suggestions. Do you do Paleo, Whole 30, meal prep, etc…anything you can share I would be so appreciative. Thank you in advance!

  1. It’s not a one size fits all. I started out going gluten free, then paleo and now plant based. I find this works for me and I feel great. I would suggest starting small with dietary changes and work your way from there.

  2. Low carb for the PCOS. There is no universal Hashi’s diet.

  4. I eat a balanced diet.

  5. A popular hashi’s diet is AIP (autoimmune protocol diet) and low carb + protein is popular for PCOS.

  6. I mostly avoid gluten, coffee and soy……because I have gut pain. These modifications seem to help. Try to eat properly prepared if you can.

  7. Has anyone done a parasite cleanse – those experiencing gut pain? I only ask because I have horrible pains daily so i decided to do a cleanse

  9. With Hashis you actually DONT want to go low carb. Because of the PCOS my suggestion would be to keep your carbs around 30-40% of your diet and choose mostly nutrient-dense sources.
