  1. Yes, I hate to tell you, but that is part of it. It comes and goes, but some people have painful muscles and joint most of the time.

  2. in my experience, yes.

  3. Not for me. The only time I ever had pain in the joints I went and had blood work done and discovered that I was Vitamin D deficient. The issue went away shortly after I began taking doctor prescribed supplements.

  4. It is really bad .. my joints especially ! I haven’t started any mess yet . I go to dr next week ! It’s awful y’all!!

  5. It happens to me too. Some days are worse than others.

  6. Yes for sure I have it at least twice a month especially before my cycle and if I eat anything with gluten in it I definitely have a flare up I have TMJ low back pain the whole nine yards usually take anti-inflammatories for at least a week when that happens

  7. Crazy crazy

  8. I use turmeric capsules. They help with pain.

  9. You could have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity….I developed MCS the same time as Hashis. If you have MCS you’d need to switch out your cleaning chemicals for nontoxic versions.

  10. Only when I don’t take my magnesium + vit D. But when I get it I get i bad.

  11. I clean my house on Saturday and run up and down the stairs doing laundry. I usually sleep all day the next day – and I mean all day, I get up to eat and go back to sleep. Mondays are not too great for me either.

  12. So should I ask for my vitamin levels to be checked also when I go next week ? Edie Bernat Bunting I could totally sleep all day the next day , but I am a college student and do not have the chance to do that . I will say it is all I can do to make it to the next day !

  13. Yes, same for me

  14. Thank you group! Your the best !

  15. You’re the best. Don’t forget it!

  16. Well, my solution to this…I clean my mother’s home….I hired a cleaning company to do it.

  17. Yea it’s normal. Any physical activity always beats me down the next day. I don’t know what to do to prevent it but I can tell u what I do to releave the symptoms is take a hot bathe with Lavender oil and peppermint oil. Take two motrin. Use a heating pad on the affected muscles. Also Take some Vitamin D and stay hydrated. Get plenty of rest. This happens alot for me the pain and stiffness. I also think it happens more when you’re having a flare up.

  18. In my plethora of supplements, I take Glucosamine Chondroitin…and it helps greatly for the overall aches & joint pain. Due to normal aging or Hasimoto’s, I’m not sure but it definitely has helped me 🙂

  19. Thank you. Terry Ann Ryan , I clean my parents for income . I recently resigned my position as a para pro to finish school and that is a side income . I can’t quit lol

  20. I use peroxide to clean or vinegar. I also take iodine which has helped sooo much with achy joints
