Have any of you gone Vegan and noticed a difference?

Question

Question since you were diagnosed with celiac disease have any of you gone Vegan and noticed a difference. I have allergy issues with milk and eggs which is common apparently with CD. My mind and my soul and my heart are telling me I need to go vegan to heal any thoughts..

  1. I went vegan (raw diet) for 3 weeks and I have never felt better in my life. I stopped because it’s not cheap 🙁

  2. Do you follow a certain vegan plan? I have given up meat, dairy and eggs and feel much better. I’m just not very creative, and need ideas and some sort of plan or menu, that I can follow. That and I want to make sure that I get enough protein.

  3. My body has been telling me for a while now to go vegan not just Dairy and eggs but meat and I think I need to start listening to it do I have a meal plan no I have found a local gluten free market and I spend a lot of time in the small little store reading every ingredient that’s on that package no gluten no Dairy no egg no soy and then if it seems like something that might be flavorful then I go ahead and grab it

  4. I make my own salad dressing water olive oil cilantro lemon and a nice ripe avocado Blended up add salt and pepper to taste and it will actually stay in the refrigerator and the avocado stays green for days it’s very tasty it just takes awhile to get the right consistency and the right flavor. Berry’s always make great sauces over anything cauliflower is wonderful I use lots of garlic I use cumin I use Curry salt pepper there’s lots of different choices you just have to get creative find the flavors that you like and just start implementing them

  5. I am pretty much vegan. Check out the oh she glows blog and books and also the blender girl. There are a ton of gluten free vegan recipes online.

  6. I went whole foods plant based 2.5 years ago. It was amazing how much it\nImproved my quality of life. I was having fatigue and ocular migraines. They stopped when going vegan. However, being very busy as of late and been esting more convenience foods, i started having occasional fatigue and had one occular migraine. I am just starting this gluten journey now as 2 of my first degree relatives have issues w it and a 2nd degree relative had the gene.
