How do you guys combat the bone crushing tiredness?

Question

Hi, I was just diagnosed with Hashi’s on my 33rd birthday. We are currently working on regulating my Levothyroxine dosage but my question is….
How do you guys combat/lessen the bone crushing tiredness? Seriously, I have never been this tired in my life!

  1. Changing to Armour instead of Levo changed my fatigue tremdendously. Others will tell you that giving up gluten will make a world of difference too.

  2. It’s awful… Tired like nothing I have ever experienced. I am 2 years out on diagnosis and still struggle. You really need to listen to your body and rest when needed.

  3. Armour and Cytomel for me. Also went keto over the last week and feel even better. I started the cytomel about 2 months ago.

  4. Thanks for the information everyone! I have a lot of research to do!

  5. Exercise! I started walking on the treadmill 3-4 times per week in April. I notice a huge difference in my energy levels.

  6. I got off Levo and on Natural Thyroid. I am not so exhausted now.

  7. Levo & cytomel

  8. I use Nature Throid and control with diet.

  9. Gluten free and WP Thyroid life changing for me!!’ I Released 30 lbs in 6 months and my energy level has drastically improved! I split my dosage take in am and 2 hours after eating lunch.

  10. In addition to those above, Id say, take an adaptogenic herb, and are you still actively producing antibodies? Many people dont realize, the disease really beats you up at first, so you will need at least a year to repair and feel normal. Get nutrient levels run, RBC magnesium, Zinc, B12, Folate, ferritin.and Vitamin d, any othrs Doctor is willing to test, and definitely follow the AIP diet.

  11. Rhodiola rosea, is a really good adaptogen, but do search, there are a lot of them
