I accidentally ate some sauce that contains gluten


I have a question I was hoping you could help answer. I was diagnosed with gluten intolerance about 3.5 weeks ago, I’ve been going strong and feeling so much better even in this short time. I obviously have been making a few mistakes as I am learning and for breakfast, I accidentally ate some sauce that contains gluten and I am having some serious cramping. Is there anything I can do to get this out of my body faster? Maybe this is a dumb question, I just had to ask! Thanks in advance!!!!

  1. Drink lots of water to flush it out and I find take fiber and probiotic helps.

  4. I’ve heard activated charcoal can help too.

  5. Magnesium B Complex probiotics and a ton of water

  6. I think they have pills for gluten intolerance.
