I am in my mid 30s with low progesterone

I am in my mid 30s with low progesterone and doctor think is the culprit of me not sleeping much at night. I have been taking magnesium since July 2015. Any feedback on how to address low progesterone naturally so I can sleep well like I used to? Thanks!

  1. I have low P too and sleep poorly, I'll be interested to hear others' advice.

  2. Hormone testing. My daughter just had it done with a nurse practitioner who specializes in natural hormone replacement therapy. She just got her results back from the testing, and with her, her testosterone is high, so they're formulating a cream to address it. Will be interesting to see what happens.

  3. Check out the FB page "Balancing Hormones Naturally". Dr. Patti will do a free consult and help you.

  4. "Dutch Test" to get an excellent overall picture of what's going on with your hormones is where I'd start. Plus of course implement the whole protocol from this group, not just the magnesium.

  5. There is more than just Magnesium that needs to be considered. Please implement the full Magnesium protocol that is a part of the more comprehensive Root Cause Protocol.

As you implement the protocols fully, the hormones will balance.

  6. I'd be making sure I had plenty of good quality animal fats and eggs in my diet to make sure I had some cholesterol coming in (as well as what you own body makes) as this is the precursor of all steroid hormones. Boron, which is a part of this groups protocol is also extremely beneficial in hydroxylating steroid hormones and as it's water soluble with a half life of 21 hours, needs to be taken daily or foods rich in Boron like prunes/raisins etc.

  7. I love the Boron part. I feel so good drinking now 🙂

  8. Thank you all for the great feedback so far 🙂 I appreciate it very much 🙂

  9. I brush my teeth with it! They are getting so white 🙂

  10. Emily Peterson, applicable?

  15. Thank you ladies!

  16. Melatonina, 5HTP, magnesium bed time Will help You to produce progesterona from balance on the hipófisis, get the hiphotalamus right and the hormons Will be better.

  17. USE precursores not progesterona itself as You might metabolize it as testosterona or Androstenediona
