I started taking magnesium to help sleep
hi i am new. i started taking magnesium to help sleep and it worked like a charm. it also helped me with constipation which was a nice unexpected benefit.
i have been taking a few different types and taking them at night around 300-600mg daily. sometimes i have been waking up with headaches and body aches.
right now i am so fatigued and have been all day. this happened one day earlier in the week, too. i am wondering if there’s a link or something to info on this?
i did a google search and found this article but it sounds like it could be so many things causing the headaches and fatigue.
also – can someone give me a link to the “protocol” i have been reading people are doing?
