  1. Definitely! They should soak in an epsom salt bath after swimming in a chlorinated pool.

  2. sure is. Just start with a small amount

  3. Thank you!

  4. My sister puts it in the bath for her boys.

  5. Great question Hun so how much would you start off with

  6. For a foot soak, maybe 1/8-1/4 cup. Bath around 1/4-1/2 cup.. that's where I would start

  7. Does anyone know why it's actually 'not recommended for under 2s?' I really can't see the harm just benefits…

  8. Likely for liability reasons. My box of Borax actually says "Not for drug use"

  9. Lol Nicole, I'll have to check my borax……..

  10. I definitely did a double take! Couldn't believe it.

  11. How much for a full 15 minute bath for an 80lb gymnast?

  12. I think the magnesium absorption would be very beneficial but I'd still check with Dr. Google

  13. At least a cup. I grew up with Epsom salt baths and even as a little kid, my folks put a couple of cups in the tub

  14. Magnesium Chloride in a bath is much better but either way you cant overdose transdermally. if the skin gets dry then moisturise
