Just made Gluten-Free Fried Dough
Question
Just made Gluten-Free Fried Dough(Pizza Fritte) for the first time and it was gone in minutes the whole family devoured it! ??
I’ve said it a thousand times and I’ll say it a thousand times more this Pizza Dough is incredible!!!

I made Pizza last night and refrigerated the remaining dough. I used this Dough which is a Game-changer for GF Pizza in my house! We are obsessed!

1.)use about 1″ of oil in frying pan, and heat to medium- high- when the oil is hot enough you should be able to take a small piece of dough and it should float
2.)place dough on floured board and press down to even out a bit. Cut into 8 equal pieces. Put a little flour on your hands (so the dough doesn’t stick) and gently stretch out the dough as far as it will go, without ripping it.
3.) place into the hot oil, cook about a minute (goes fast) or until the side down is golden, then turn over and brown the other side.
4.) Use tongs to remove onto a paper towel, to drain off any excess oil.
Immediately sprinkle on powdered sugar. serve warm!!
