Potassium/sodium ratio question

Question

Potassium/sodium ratio question: Adrenal Cocktail variation – I don’t drink coconut water or OJ so my question is, are these ratios OK? 1 teaspoon cream of tartar with 1/4 teaspoon salt with 1 teaspoon camu camu powder. All mixed together in 200ml water. Thanks x

  1. I do a whole foods vitamin c with the Cream of Tartar/Himalayan salt.

  2. Sounds good, it cuts out all that sugar from the orange juice.

  3. I guess I'm trying to find out if my potassium/sodium ratio is ok

  4. Saved and copied from a member of this group. Going to try this.

    ADRENAL COCKTAIL ON THE GO

So how many of you can relate to at times getting frustrated with knowing how to be consistant with the adrenal cocktail when on vacation, at work or running errands? My clients frequently complain & its time for change. We all know how important this recipe is and that it plays a HUGE role in where we want to go with our health & well being, right? Here is what I now recommend for my clients as a dry mix to take to work to put in your desk or stick in your purse to add to drinks of any kind when on the go. Its ONE quick and easy powder to add to any drink. This concoction also gets a nice amount of your vitamin c in away from food. This recipe can also be child/ lunch box friendly for those who have had the testing done.
30 DAY SUPPLY, RECIPE AS FOLLOWS:

~30 TSP. OR 10 TBLS OF PURE SYNERGY RADIANCE POWDERED VITAMIN C

~7.5 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR(if adding this dry mix to plain water you should increase cream of tartar to 7.5 TBLS)

    ~7.5 TSP SEA SALT

BLEND WELL IN COFFEE GRINDER. PUT IT BACK INTO A GLASS SPICE OR VITAMIN C JAR.

1TSP DRY MIX = 1 SERVING OF ADRENAL COCKTAIL WHEN ADDED TO ORANGE JUICE.
(240 Mg. vitamin C, 1/4th tsp. cream of tartar & 1/4th tsp sea salt)

~~MODIFIED VERSION FOR WATER ONLY USERS USE
    1 1/2 TSP DRY MIX~~

****this recipe can be modified to meet personal needs*****
For example if adding this dry mix to plain water please increase cream of tartar to TBLS instead of tsp. and than follow modified version above.

  5. Also curious. It's what I just had right now. I kept 1/4 teaspoon COT though. Was it supposed to be a full teaspoon because it's less potassium? Can't say it tastes good but I can get it down. First time I tried camu camu.

  6. There is an article in Files about the amount of potassium in the adrenal cocktail that is helpful when making modifications to the recipe.

  7. Love it when someone does the math for me!
