Sharp pain cramp on my lower right side.

Question

Question guys! I woke up with a sharp pain cramp on my lower right side. It’s been almost 3 hours and it hasn’t gone away. No worse but no less. I don’t think I’ve been glutened because I feel fine everywhere else. Anyone else ever had this pain? I haven’t had a cramp like this for this long.

  1. Appendix maybe

  2. It’s still there, but I don’t want to go to the ER and it not be anything but also don’t want to wait if it is my appendix. Should I go if it continues tonight? Or wait till it gets worse?

  3. Any nausea or vomiting? Loss of appetite? Any other symptoms typically for appendicitis other than pain? It could be a hernia, blockage in your colon, tortuous colon, pulled muscle or ligament, ovarian issues, endometriosis, a kidney stone in the ureter, or a number of other things. If possible, go to an urgent care instead of the ER. They could do an X-ray or palpate an underlying issue.

  4. One self test for appendix I have heard is to jump on the right foot. If that causes real pain, it’s likely appendix. Not a doc, just something I read about and used on myself when I was on the fence about whether or not I needed to go in.
