Sleeping about 12 hours a day.

Sleeping about 12 hours a day. If I’m not working, I’m sleeping. I feel like a horrible mom. My kids walk home from school now. They basically fend for themselves at home while I sleep. It’s very depressing. How do I fix this?

  1. T3 meds like cytomel and vitd3 is what fixed chronic fatigue for me

  2. Check your labs with your doctor. I had very low b12 and vitamin d no energy, sleeping so much! My doctor wanted me to do injections but I really hate needles. So she let me start with b12 patches and sublingual b12 and a prescription for vitamin D. It has changed my life! I feel like a normal person again!!

  3. I’m the same way. I can’t function or keep my eyes open until after noon. I feel like a horrible parent. And when I’m up, I barely lift a finger, it’s tough. You’re not alone

  4. Doctors recommend that thyroid patients go outdoors and into daylight first thing in the morning on daily basis to decrease fatigue, and depression and increase energy. I treid and it works.

  5. D3 b12. Helps. Me

  6. I take cytomel and it does give me a little boost taking 5 mg in the am and 5 mg around 1 pm

  7. Oh boy do I know how you feel

  8. Same here
