Terrible Headaches, dizziness, nausea…

Question

I wake up every single morning and run to the bathroom to vomit. I then feel sick until about 6pm. Terrible headaches, dizziness, nausea, and unable to eat due to the stomach pains. Any supplement I can take or something that will help me not feel so crappy all morning long

  1. Try to find a good functional medicine doctor. So sorry this is happening to you.

  2. Papaya and DGL sometimes work

  3. Where are you located?

  4. Drinking ginger tea nightly helped settle a lot of things for me. It’s always best to talk to your doctor to get to the bottom of the issue.

  5. I guess what I’m looking for is something I’m able to eat or drink in the mornings while I’m feeling so nauseous

  6. Ginger does help with the nausea.

  7. how long have you been like this? My first question would be are you pregnant? I know it’s personal

  8. I was diagnosed a few months ago. Still working on completely GF. And yes I have been checked and I am not pregnant.

  9. I just feel so sick all morning and feel I would probably feel better if I ate or drank something since I don’t eat until late evening. Didn’t know if there were any shakes or pills that would help

  10. My gi doc gave me “cyproheptadine” for appetite and it’s amazing! I also take alot of other meds, protonix, bentyl, etc. Just to function half way. I also take potassium in small doses. And Phillips colon health probiotics.

  11. Magnesium lotion on the tummy

  12. You mentioned you are still working on being completely gluten free? You must avoid it 100%. And it can take awhile to heal and feel better. Are you \

  13. I drink the pickle juice from the jar.. probiotic pickles i buy from trader joe’s. Look up. *leaky gut*

  14. Talk to a naturopath/functional doctor about taking L-glutamine and high quality probiotics. My daughter used to have chronic diarrhea with nausea plus headaches and sharp stomach pains. She no longer has them because of her taking these supplements. If you wind up taking them make sure they are gluten free and of high quality.
