Vitamins/supplements everyone takes?
I know I have a lot of questions I hope no one minds! I wanted to know the vitamins/supplements everyone takes to feel “good”! I take a multivitamin, omega 3, turmeric, b12 and vitamin C
Anything else you could suggest? My doc didn’t tell me more than that but after reading a bit, it says we are deficient in some things and I wanted to know everyone’s experience. I’m a newbie and still trying to learn as much as possible! Thanks!
