Vitamins/supplements everyone takes?


I know I have a lot of questions I hope no one minds! I wanted to know the vitamins/supplements everyone takes to feel “good”! I take a multivitamin, omega 3, turmeric, b12 and vitamin C

Anything else you could suggest? My doc didn’t tell me more than that but after reading a bit, it says we are deficient in some things and I wanted to know everyone’s experience. I’m a newbie and still trying to learn as much as possible! Thanks!

  1. Selenium, omega 3, Vitamin D3.

  3. Vitamin D3 5,000 and calcium 1500mg is a must

  4. You should be tested to find out what you are deficient in. \n\nIf you take D3 and you aren’t deficient, it can cause major problems.

  5. I take D3 and B12, which I am deficient in.
