Why is Calcium bad? Articles, facts? I’ve been taking it often for a couple years… What about other things like vitamin D, B, Iron? Why for or against???
Per Morley, it takes more magnesium ATP (energy, and therefore b vitamins, bicarbonate, and boron) to get vitamin K2 to work. Vitamin D causes the body to absorb way more calcium than it needs. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zAB0pNdFQLQ
Only thing I'm sure of is my iron is extremely low , now my question … I wanted to start taking magnesium but should I get that checked first before popping pills ?

It's not bad per se but I'm sure someone else can explain it better than I! 😉
What's your calcium level? Magnesium and calcium balance each other.
Is your D low? B low? iron low? You don't take things just to take them.

Also, per him, vitamins do not work unless minerals are present to activate them.

Sonia Duarte-Somerton, yes, since you mentioned low iron, which we know as low bioavailable copper. http://requestatest.com/mag-zinc-copper-panel-with-iron-panel-testing
Bravo to you for still looking and being on here. I am off to bed. Good night.
