Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar


So we have a dedicated gluten free restaurant, where I live that serves fish and chips with a malted vinegar. I messaged them to find out how exactly they did that.
They said half and half of the two following ingredients.
Gluten free Worcestershire sauce and apple cider vinegar..
Now I can make my own ‘malted vinegar’
